The air of the town is almost unbreathable these days, full of dust and foul odors. Let's hope you swiped a gas mask from the hardware store when you could, or there's no going out for you. Brief but heavy rainshowers will cleanse the air for an hour or two after they've stopped pouring, but the thick air and vile scents will ooze back in slowly but surely.

At precisely 3PM, Sabitsuki and Urotsuki will suffer fatal heart attacks and die. They did not send on the Ring video, and so the virus killed them. Possession will take place approximately four hours after their death. Madotsuki, however, will be fine, as she passed her video on to Seth Auralia. He will receive the video at 3PM.

Meanwhile, the residents may begin noticing that extremely SPOOKY decorations have been appearing all over the apartments, and in various stores they have to go to outside! They are far from the normal décor of the apartments, and seem to be full of Halloween cheer. Furthermore, everyone will be getting an invitation in their letterbox! This invitation comes from Jigoku's very own Jorogumo, who is enjoying the kitschy decorations of commercial halloween and is deciding to throw her very own kaso pati, or costume party. The celebrations will begin on October 31st, but set up will have to occur from the 28th until that time. She highly suggests that you come to the Love Hotel to get your costumes, as the apartments will be filling up with some guests who might be a little violent towards those who don't wear what she's set out for them. Furthermore, those who don't leave the apartments will find that their computer screens with display mojibake, or garbled characters.

On the 28th, the apartments will become choked with violent ghosts. Residents must wear the costumes given to them by the Jorogumo to avoid being attacked, chased, and possibly killed. Of course, when you collect your costumes, she'll be taking that as your agreement to help her out with her party! There are three different groups of things that she needs to get, so naturally she will be splitting everyone from the apartments into groups of three to find them. ( list )
Characters who do not take part will find themselves stuck in the Jorogumo's webs at the end of the celebration. The party will take place on the 31st of October. Do take care to show your faces...

There will be a big log put up with various comment threads that people should tag into soon. Despite there being IC dates, feel free to tag in OOCly whenever you want! For reasons of the plot however, anyone who takes longer than a month to tag in will be considered not showing up and therefore food for the Jorogumo.

The cork gun game has FOUR shiba inu pups to give away as consolation prizes, while the hook-a-duck game has four kittens. Go to hook up a duck and your prize will bat away your pole with its tiny little paws.
